ND won. Let’s assume VT loses (down 16 w/ 11m left at Clemson.) Then there are only two games left, so four possible outcomes:

UVA/Duke win: 9 vs 8 GT, then 1 Duke
UVA/UNC win: 9 vs 8 GT, then 1 Louisville
Cuse/Duke win: 9 vs 8 GT, then 1 Duke
Cuse/UNC win: 9 vs 8 GT, then 1 Louisville

As you can see, we have locked up the 9 with a VT loss and Pitt win. And our game doesn’t affect our bracket at all. We are just rooting for UNC to come back against Dule for an easier QF matchup.
