How many ACC jobs are going to be open at the end of the year? Ballpark:
Locks (2): Us and Miami
50-50 : Wake, FSU, Syracuse (?)
33-66: UNC, BC
Not impossible to see a world where 5-ish jobs are open- which is quite a bit of turnover.

Wake is 50-50. I basically think they have to make the tourney (so maybe more like 75%)
BC - I think he stays. Just a bad situation. They belong in the big east. We don’t want them and they don’t want us. Thanks again to football for ruining peoples brains (in the actual and metaphorical sense)
UNC - Hubert is very safe. Also, like, they might be good! Like good good!

With those programs save UNC I don’t see a ton of overlap in the types of coaching we’d be targeting

What’s Mike Young’s contract situation? I don’t blame him for what’s going on there, they’ve effectively chosen to neuter him. Unfair business though.

Sounds like a year away from the hot seat for Young then. Doubt VT is forking over that kind of buyout right now. Even if they wanted to make the change, they’ll need to show more of a commitment to hoops to get anybody.
