Donāt know that Iāve ever heard Cory call a Wake game where a Childress wasnāt a player or coach, but Iād bet he still mentions his boy Randolph. Several times. Randolph calls a UVA gameā¦0 mentions of Cory.

But Morsell wasnāt a dead-eye shooter in HS or on the travel circuit the way McKneely was.
Morsellās principal attributes were on-ball D and aggression in getting to the rack.
Weird that Papi pronounces his own name wrong.

Morsell was a very good shooter in AAU ball and HS if I remember correctly. Described as a three level scorer and almost made the USA team
Actually Casey was pretty much a 3 and D guy. About like he is now at State. Just had one of the worst college adjustments ever, shooting is where it shows up most. Not comfortable wonāt shoot well.

Did some of this late v Miami as well. It does sometimes backfire on him, but anyone on the team showing aggressiveness gets a thumbs-up from me.

Bottom line, it should not be this hard for us to score, especially against a team like this and it seems to be getting harder as the season goes along.

Maybe but to me itās as simple as IMac and BVP were supposed to substantially improve our shooting and help space the floor for others to operate. That has not happened

The way to survive a shooting slump is to stay aggressive driving the paint and getting to the line. Have to get those free points. I know that becomes more difficult with teams able to sag deeper into the lane when you canāt hit a 3, but sometimes you just gotta find a way like Armaan has done tonight.

The primary issue is that when we shoot, we miss. It aināt the offense.
