I wonder how ARob flew under the radar so much. This dude has all the physical tools amd quickness to be a special player unless im missing something
He and Buchanan could eventually be wrecking balls in the low post. I like the redshirt. It provideds good spacing between the 2
I kid, I kid. I have high hopes for him too.
Blake and Arobs moms both volleyball players ha
Volleyball moms and football dads
Me? Two computer programmers. I never even had a chance
Grandfather hooped at Cincy and gold medalist ha. Also one of the greatest HS players ever from my home state of Illinois
What really held Haney back was growing up on the not so mean streets of suburbville NJ
I was born a Dragon. But also explains why I’m not the best athlete in my fam. Father inlaw hooped at Kansas. Hoping those are the genes that the lil Dragon’s got.
Disrespect the Volunteers Park half court runs at your peril
Nah Steve Donahue at UPenn (former BC coach) was the Dunn/Hunter recommendation.
All these former meh ACC coaches are turning out to be great hidden gem finders lol
@UVApride7 I voted one cause I could see a game where, if TJ Power is the forward we add, Tony isn’t happy with the defensive lineup or rebounding or screen setting so he goes Buchanan Robinson at the 4-5 and goes ham with Mover Blocker
I mixed up my Brian Gregorys and Steve Donahues. Not the same guy (but close, to be fair to me)
This is why you write down wives names and kids birthdays at those ACC coaches meetings!
He was still very uncoordinated as a high school junior…. Go back and watch his junior year highlights vs senior year… if he’s gotten that much better again this year bs senior year then he will be more than ready.
Very interesting how he grew up all over the world Proly wasnt playing real hoops growing up. As I predicted early I still think he may end up TBs best find ever
Also means he spent a time on not basketball sports. Which i think is greay for development
Just checked those highlight clips out. You hit the nail on the head. 1 yr made a huge difference
Who’s the LRA hype train conductor for AR?

Add Dragon to that hype train. From what I’ve seen and what I’ve heard he’s gonna be a real one. And the added strength he’s put on. Hoos haven’t had someone like that roaming the middle before. I’m here for it
As good as our defense was this year, and as special as Reece and Ryan are as defenders, the lack of a big man protecting the rim really hurt us. Hopefully, ARob and a year-stronger Blake will fill that void.
