Hmmm … so we need it to reflect the fact that this wasn’t option A for either party, but he’s making the best of it, and when other people need a break / call in sick he’s gonna make good things happen anyway and be one of the classic beloved characters of 23-24 UVa hoops / 90s indie cinema, even though he wasn’t a highly ranked recruit or transfer / A-list actor.
I think the only choice is Dante
