I went 2-2 and lost $0.36. I swore I’d never send my kids to vpi but I’m not sure I can afford a real college now.
VMI might be free bro
The whole Coach Prime approach basically turning over a full roster and thinking they would be dominant does not seem to be panning out… (at least they hit Vegas’s over 3.5 wins line I bet…). Will be interesting to see how Pitino does with a similar approach at St. John’s albeit without all of the social media stuff the Prime team puts out.
Crushed brutal werk for the dragon 3-5. No excuses that is bad.
Colorado’s issue is not so much roster turnover but lack of talent especially in the trenches. The Buffs oline is awful and has not improved as the season unfolded. At this point lack of continuity cannot be an excuse.
Comparing Pitno to Prime doesn’t work as well IMO. Basketball teams turn over rosters all the time. UK did it for yrs with their super freshmen. Duke also did it. The Hoos are essentially doing it this season with 6(??) New faces. Also in Basketball you can rotate a roster and as long as you have 1 superstar that guy canncarry a team. It just doesn’t work that way in football.
Also, Pitino has won nattys** at multiple schools. Deion is still learning how to coach at a P5 school. The only thing that’s really comparable is early season buzz. Also, the real buzzy sport at CO is actually hoops…
** sorta
(I guess I tangented from the roster turnover point, which is fair - and I agree that hoops turnover and football turnover is much different)
I’m sorry, never mind…
Am with @BDragon and @haney on this. Pitino even was successfull coaching badketball in an foreign language. The guy could find 12 guys and gals on LRA and have us at .500 in college basketball
If you get everyone on the same page on a basketball team you can make real noise. Football has too many moving parts to make real change in 1 year, I think
I thought you went 3-4?
That’s what my FanDuel account says
Nah had 8 bets in play. Only hit on the hoos oberand +18.5 and the ucla under
All great points Thanks gents.
