Can someone with a current 247 subscription give us the lowdown on how the Pack fans are feeling about our game tomorrow?
I remember them being the whiniest of all fanbases in the ACC about our style of play, so Iâm sure itâs mostly just pre-complaining about the refs.

Wouldnât read too much into that. I didnât see Gardner in there. Also Kadin was on the gameday photo put out by the official account on Saturday. Itâs not likely things have gotten substantially worse for him (relationship with coaches if thatâs an issue; etc.) between Saturday and now which would cause them to intentionally leave him out.

I think we need Shed playing 20ish a night to reach our ceiling. Now that assumes he plays well, provides rim protection, some good oops.
I always used to dog Garrison Brooks because he got stats but none of their offense ran through him. Heâd get offensive rebounds and put backs for 90% of his points and when he was featured, he couldnât carry the load. All Iâm asking of Kadin is that role on offense. Occasional pick and roll slam, offensive rebounds and put backs. On D, rim protection. A body vs. bigs. Fewer stupid fouls. He doesnât need to be the Shedrick I thought he could be, he just needs to be an average ACC level starter.

My aspirations for Shedrick at 1:38 into this video were never higher (after his made 3). I think thereâs a lot more offensive game there that we may never tap into and thatâs sad. Imagine a confident Shed picking and popping and what that could open up⌠sigh

Itâs not very informative to graph it like that, since total points in the paint is going to be in part a function of pace. Pace-adjusted points in the paint would be more helpful to see.

Also, itâs a per game pace with a points in the paint total. Not all teams have played the same number of games.
I would be curious to have the points in the paint be per possession or per scoring possession to see if there was a legit correlation between the 2.

Wild stat. After tonightâs game, UVA is all the way up to #359 (out of 363) in adjusted pace! If we somehow nudge past/below Sac State, we wonât even be in the top (bottom?) five! Its insanity!

Itâs funny when announcers get surprised at Isaac putting the ball on the floor and say something like âheâs not just a shooterâ lol little do they know the offensive package Isaac is going to unleash on the league the next 3 years
Also Isaac could conceivably become a plus defender. At the very least match what Joe was defensively as a 4th year. Kyle was never better than âhe can reasonably cover the other teamâs 3rd guardâ on that end
