If memory serves well, 247 said des was an awesome recruiter but never had good records at his coaching spots. Maybe he can recruit well enough to get us some wins with athletesā€¦ our schedule isnā€™t as tough next year.

I wish that was the case, but after 3 years of Des I have no faith in his ability to understand how to put athletes in a position to succeed. You can get away with out athleting people in basketball where 1 players individual play can elevate a program. Thatā€™s rare and near impossible in football where it takes coordinated effort to keep things moving in the right direction.

ESPN has him listed as their #7 ranked QB in the portal behind Mensah, Moss, Arnold, Weigman, Salter and Dampier. Ahead of Castellanos, Braxton and Keene.

The lack of Covid eligibility guys is really starting to become apparent.
