To be honest man, I’m a Clippers fan (and Heat fan) and I didn’t even know he’d signed a camp deal with the Clips until I read that he go waived today. Looked it up and he did log just 11 minutes in one preseason game vs Sac.
Side note but ACC related, Alondes Williams from Wake was also on a training deal with the Clippers. I did actually see him play some, he played in 5 preseason games. He was waived too but already picked up a two-way with Detroit.

I believe the Knicks had to guarantee a good bit of Mamadi’s contract to be able to trade him under the salary cap rules, so whatever happens to him, he’s getting paid solid money this year.
