Def Harris. Loved Dre but Joey Jab Step is on another level from a meaningfulness standpoint.
Let’s try the earlier poll again. UVA’s best pro in 2 years (2026-27 season).
- Malcolm Brogdon
- Trey Murphy
- DeAndre Hunter
- Ryan Dunn
- Other
Maybe should have included Jerome the way he’s starting off
Still TM3 for me, but RD might have the bedt shot to be a key player on a champ (I guess more key than Sam)
Trey by a hair being the proven commodity. Need a larger sample for RD. Ty might still end up being the 11 yr vet just Mike Connolly’ing it up
Still voting for Trey, but Dunn has obviously gotten off to a great start in what sure seems like a perfect situation for him. He keeps it up, and I might have to reconsider.
Top 5 UVABB moment in my memory for me.
At UVA, Dunn’s shooting motion used to be to bring the ball back over the top of his head and awkwardly cock his elbow in the process. Now he appears to go more straight-up (more conventional with the ball in front of his face rather than over his head) and use more wrist and less elbow. I think simplifying those mechanics has really helped him.
Ty out here playing lock down defense in the first half 3 steals.
Yep, he’s gonna make it to another contract. Healthy raise too.
Yup he finished with 9pts 6rbs 2ast and 4 steals in 21 mins. He has about 4ish mins of garbage time where he was just initiating offense when the cavs emptied the bench.
Fitst time I watched a full Cavs game this year and was interesting to see the combos be was used in. Spent time beside Garland and Mitchell as well as running the point for the full 2nd unit
Heavy slate of UVA action of tonights NBA games
Huff 3 as he checks in in the first quarter. Andre Drummond didn’t expect it
Jay Huff 11 pts 3/5 from 3. #mySG
edit: 4/6
edit: and the throw down dunk and 1. He’s beasting. Embiid sat cause he didn’t want the smoke
5 of 7 with that spot up 3 in transition. Announcers joking he should renegotiate his contract
20 points, 12 in third quarter - 11 mins pt. En fuego
Huff is already shining up his HOF speech. I wanna thank God for blessing me with the ability to play this game, and Tony Bennett for believing in me enough to spare a redshirt spot and grooming me for 3 years on his bench before letting me rock.
So happy for Huff. It always looked like he belonged when he got his chances. Glad he kept plugging away and grinding at his game.
It will be interesting to see depending on what happens with UVa this year if Kyle gives it another go. Certainly young enough to play for several more years if we wanted.
