šŸ€ Hoos in the NBA 2024-25

I have a weak back too. And back exercises suck so hard. Hate those f**kin supermans.

I’ve been doing them religiously for 10 years… but those first few months… I thought my back was breaking and all the muscles were tearing. Haha! I am really up to about 4x sets of 20x or so now. What I found out later was it was easier to start out with ground supermen… the ones where your toes are on the ground and then ease into the ones where your feet are elevated.

I have lower back pain. Looking at your video. I guess I have to have sex with a bench to strengthen those muscles. lol. Jk. But is an awkward video you are showing.

I did like the Huff with an axe cutting wood video when he was building strength when playing for UVA. That was a good one.

Here is a better one…

You can also do it this way… which I just call back extensions not supermen, but you can call them whatever you want I guess…

These are the ground superman exercises I mention above that you can start out with before lifting your legs/feet along with your arms…

MPJ?

He’s already playing with one shoulder… Gordon pulled his hamstring on a play that doesn’t happen if the ref calls an obvious foul on Chet

Ok thanks. I knew that about MPJ but not Aaron Gordon, and I watched about 80% of that game last night
He’s for sure out for game 7?

ā€œLight weight!ā€

Also…think I read he can’t walk unassisted nowadays, he’s had lots of injuries.

He cant. Destroyed his back on a heavy squat and never took time off to fix it. Honestly its sad to see him. Similar to watching Earl Cambell being wheeled aroumdthe last 25yrs

So in this case, you can’t state this as a fact like you did above

Pacers in 6.

You’re probably right. Pacers depth will likely be too much for NY, but I’d rather see NY pull it off in the ECF somehow

I’ll be pulling for the Pacers, but remember the League benefits from the Knicks being relevant.

Haliburton the way he’s playing is just way beyond any Knicks perimeter player
