His brother is in line to take over Chicago White Sox in the news today. And Matt will be significant investor. We will see how family does going ahead.
I wonder how many large hedge fund guys came out of uva? We have one obvious one. Such a difference maker if they are loyal to undergrad.
I will say one more thing. I am taking the owner at his word that he was not involved deeply in the business at the beginning. Just writing checks. Whether he was actively involved in making the evaluation and details decisions to make the Durant deal isnāt clear.
It goes both ways that it occur shortly after he took ownership. Iām going with the owners word. But certainly can see it both ways but to go against him is pure speculation
