This has been the worst 7 game finals ever. Two meh teams, only a couple of competitive games.

I enjoyed this yearās finals a lot, but also had zero attachment or interest in the finals at the same time. Itās been a long strange trip

The new Larry O trophy looks like shit. I donāt remember if they had it last season but whoever ordered that revamp should be fired.
Playoffs this year simply turned into staying injury free - okc , Knicks (sort of) and Houston were the only teams to be healthy when they stopped playing.

From top to bottom I donāt recall a playoff more impacted by injury than this years.
19 was rough in the Finals but this uear multiple series with multiple teams being affected by franchise altering injuries never seen it.

Yeah, I kept trying to watch it but lost interest quickly because it was simply bad basketball. Granted, there was some good defense that I did enjoy that contributed to some of the ugliness, but the teams lost patience and settled for a lot of stupid shots instead of working to find good shots.

Wow the NBA trade market is crazy.
Celtics were facing ~$260 mil in tax penalty alone before the Holiday trade, I think. Still $18 mil over the 2nd apron post-trade.

Yep still have work to do - although now they could play the year out over the apron and as of now they have 2 large expiring contracts with Porzingis and Simonsā¦
Also likely to trade Hauser into a trade exception to get relief from his small $10m salary that would save them an additional $80 million in taxes.

Oh welll would definitely be lottery team in the west .. but could make playoffs in east ā¦ brutal ā¦ stupid nba cap - they should make exceptions for all NBA players to be able to paid max but only count as non all nba against the cap
