Rugby is no joke. But you guys are forgetting my two years of high school football where I was legit nasty. But I was a quarterback so I canāt claim to be that tough.

Hmm - Orlando ā¦ plan on being their for kidās non sports national competitions (Fine Arts) in August - was there last August too ā¦ thankful next near will be in Columbus OH - an underrated downtown area.
Orlando in August ā¦ just canāt stop sweating for a whole week ā¦ be thankful youāre there in April.

Iām probably there 15-20 weekends a year. All seasons. It sucks no matter when you go so itās got that going for it. Itās the middle of our state so lots of youth sports tournaments and great facilities because of the cheap land relative to the coasts.
I should mention that my Hate List is a quarterly one. Itās seasonal. This is whatās annoying me know.
Lastly, not being able to find your car keys is still the worst.

Between all your revelations about the food establishments on grounds and the discussion over at TS about the scarcity of upper class student housing, this school is unrecognizable from the one I attended.
I mean, campus housing was thrilled if they could find enough students who wanted to live in Hereford or Gooch. They were lucky if Lambeth was at capacity.

Went there for the tourney in 2007. Albany then Tennessee (JR got hurt).
Very underrated place, IMO.
Guessing this is in part because the Cville housing market is super tight and pricey right now, especially in the city proper.

Itās a great question. And sadly, my kicking isnāt great. Probably my worst athletic trait actually. Like Doug Fresh swimming. Itās a step above drowning.

Good point @jazznutUVA I could work on his kicking but heād likely be able to slot in at 13. A highly underrated position.

I hate to say this, but the 3 Ohio major cities are very underrated places to hang.

Cinci is super high amenity for a city of its size: compare it to like Norfolk va, cinci has:
Multiple pro sports teams
A world class orchestra
World class contemporary art museum
And on top of it, row homes in the walkable part of the city are still comparably cheap.
And I didnāt even mention graeters
