Uniforms would need to be Buffalo plaid though…
Awesome! That is what it’s all about. Have a great Fourth!
Love Zoo Trekker. lil man is on it
Damn right. That polar bear is the coolest mofo there, especially when he starts dunking his tire under the water.
My neighbor is doing all the grilling today, so I’m on pie duty. Key lime and Blueberry-rhubarb, or bluebarb for short.
I hope @MaineWahoo can appreciate the Colorado spin on a Maine classic.
@CaptainThurman15 those look tremendous!
Burgundy Tri-tip we brought back from CA last week. From the Seaside Market in Cardiff, CA, otherwise known as “Cardiff Crack”. Happy 4th everyone!
They were quite delicious, but I’m afraid I may have eaten too much!
What are the spices? Do you have a sauce to go with it?
Looks fantastic!
It’s a dry rub of ground sumac, coriander, curry powder, garam masala, sweet paprika, cumin, and cardamom. Some of the rub mixed with grated garlic and olive oil under the skin. No sauce but its so juicy it doesn’t need it.
Sounds awesome. I’ll give it a shot on my rotisserie and let you know how it comes out.
What type of rotisserie do you have (brand, model)? I am interested in getting one but don’t know much about them. Is it the kind you attach to a charcoal grill or a standalone?
This is what I have. The rotisserie is integrated. I also got the optional two burner range attached so I can do more of my summer cooking or messy cooking (like frying) outside.
