I get the preference for no streaming (donāt agree but I get it). Iād struggle with a reasonable explanation for this one.

Itās super frustrating. I just took a look at the Spain highlights and they were about twice as long, included entire plays, and (gasp) once in a while had a sideline view. Who looked at those Spain highlights and said, gee, I donāt know, isnāt that a bit much?

Has more to do with the currents trends in highlights and mixtapes than any stylistic preferences of coaches Iām guessing. Our regular season highlights are the same story. Choppy, action shots like a movie. Good for intrigued, terrible for Xs and Os.

Are we sure we wonāt get longer highlights a little later? After the first game, didnāt they drop a short few clips and then a longer compilation? Or am I forgetting things that happened only two days ago (probably pretty likely I am)?
But weāve already had that cycle. Short IG clips. Then a longer combined reel. I think the final youtube highlights will be closer to two minutes, but in Spain we got 5. Could be the lira-peseta exchange rateā¦
