How seriously should we take the scare that Wazzu put into Ole Miss? Is WSU that improved, or was Ole Miss just sleepwalking?

@CavTex said it. Deapite the score line WSU didn’t actually play well last weel.
380 yrds total offense. They didnt turn the ball over and the new Qab was efficient but far from deadly. The game hinged on.WDU breaking a 46 yrd TD run in the second half that got them back in the game right when Ol Miss was about it blow it open

Yeah I mean at the risk of catching all the flack if things do go sideways Saturday, I think it was more about Ole Miss than WSU…
We touched on this for a few minutes on the pod, I just think knowing Lane as a coach and with all the extra spotlight their LSU game brought it was them having a letdown.
I give WSU credit for hanging around against a far superior team, but I think a sharp, focused Ole Miss blows them out easy. I would also say given the spreads Vegas seems to agree.
Again though the light to this is it also keeps us focused. Much easier for the staff to keep our guys focused on this one than if say WSU got beat by 4 scores.
