Don’t they have access to private aircraft and it’s pretty much where ever they want to go, when they want to go. We would just call the pilot and tell him where we need to go. The pilot just needs time to file his flight plan.
I used to work for a company with a private Lear jet and it was pretty flexible. You go to the hanger, get on the plane, and go.
I imagine Tony and his guys are working under some similar arrangement.

TB private for sure. And of course assistants can jump in when they are with him. But I dont think each guy has that access in weeks/ weekends like this
