The whole thing frustrates me because they will do stuff like provide incentives etc. When the reality is if they just lifted the hard cap and let owners who want to pay pay their players it will help raise all ships

I just learned that there really is a Minnesota State University. Theyāre in the D2 national championship game. Bummed to find out they arenāt really the Screaming Eagles though.
