The biggest winner of NIL is the NCAA.
Players wanted a piece of the NCAA revenue. Instead the NCAA gets to keep all its money and donors/schools have to pay players and deal with the NIL stuff

Doesnāt really matter what the NCAA says or what guidance they lay down. Someone eventually will challenge it in court, and the NCAA will lose.

Also this makes me wonder how much does 9n the field success matter for NIL? Could market and personality be a bigger driver? And if so how xan programs use that to their advantage
