The only people I can think of who we’re rooting against UVa are James Madison fans.
Virginia Tech may not want us to win in men’s basketball, but they probably love playing against us in football.

Gotta say, I’ve been thinking back to the preseason when our predictions for this team ranged from Final Four contender to missing the NIT. Turned out to be just about right in the middle of the two extremes.
I hated the way we got here at the end, but super proud of this team and so happy for them. Agree with the sentiment that we’re playing with house money. No pressure. Go HOOS!!
Oh, and yes, @Simbaud 82-83 was my first year so I remember that very well. Thanks for the memories…

That works out to a ~9% chance of a 16-1 upset.
