Here is the downloaded copy for everyone to reference. There is also a case book which officials study and have to pass a test on as well as a ton of video review before and during the season.

I did it for 17 years … had to pass an open book study guide 200 question test at 80% and then a closed book 100 question test at 80% to remain certified.
If you wonder why refs miss rules and calls … 80% ain’t great.
And a lot of them cheated off each other while they took the test.
