It is, but parity had increased in recent years. You could always count on a couple mid-majors in the second round. The Money is definitely having an impact. I mean we are the Cinderella in the tournament right now and we definitely have money for the roster.
The men side is the same. The big Cinderella is going to be Texas. Last year it was Arkansas. You have to be well funded now because there is a huge separation between haves and have nots.
