Fun story, though some of the practice anecdotes gave me a slight concern that heās the coach most likely to end up fired after 5 of his players are hospitalized with rhabdo.

I kinda assume that a guy like McCasland will stay in the state of Texas forever, but maybe thatās not a fair assumption.

Buzz stays at a place until he feels like heās done well enough to set an impossible standard for him to top. So if he looks back at his first 5 or 6 or 7 years at a place and decides that he canāt do better than that in his next 5 or 6 or 7 years, heās outta there.

I kinda feel this. I think about my own professional career in 5-to-6 year mini-arcs. But I am not a basketball coach.
He just extended this offseason. I think heād probably be really hard to steal.
