0.1 turnovers a game lol.

Bet he lays awake at night replaying those two turnovers in his head over and over.

2% turnover rate. Number looks fake.

What is the story of Moser getting Jeremiah Fears? Chicago connections?

Think so.

Porter Moser, you are the next Wichita St head coach

Porter Moser back on the menu (yes I am a ā€œgame by gameā€ over ā€œwhat have they done overall in their careerā€ guy)

Definitely in the 3rd/c tier of candidates but back on the list

If Porter Moster had this same team in the ACC, they would be ranked with all the wins. Instead of being in insane SEC/Big12 while being severely underresourced (only 2 million salary and most of their NIL goes to football). And he could get better talent to Virginia

I think I’m at the point where I want Byington to lose and lower his value for us to buy out / pursue. It’s like watching Auburn this year, I want them to lose so I can buy the dip

Iowa State loses by 19 at home. Marquette down 20 at home vs UConn. Byington loses by 30 to Oklahoma.

Can we get some astroturfing campaigns getting people to email the ad pretending to be fans asking them to waive the buyouts and move on?

Odom won by 41 (and did it against his biggest rival), just saying. Richmond is dogshit tho, but that level of domination is legit impressive .

Yea. Hire Ron

Everyone except Ryan Odom lost today. So the takeaway is that we have to remember to consider the body of work for each candidate not just one game or season. Remember Tony was hired after a 17-15 Washington St season…

I don’t really think his winning/losing matters on that front… buyout kind of just is what it is haha unless they renegotiate in the middle of his first season, which would also be pretty wild…

I think all that matters on Byington watch is can UVA afford whatever the buyout is set at. I’m also making peace with him being the actual realistic option over my preferred DeVries.

At this point, Byington would be a complete coup of a hire. I think it boils down to if UVA is his dream job or not. We can pay.

Right but a great year will lead to more suitors and more leverage

Do you think there are suitors that would be more attractive to him than UVA? It’s also part of why I’m accepting him as the 1A… if everyone is so convinced DeVries would go to Iowa it should probably be the same in regards to UVA Byington, right?

I don’t see how adding Miami, Indiana, or any other competition for that matter could be good for us? I didn’t say anything about DeVries, I just think more competition will mean less likely to get
