For some reason (went back to check if more UVA instagram follows happened), Gertrude now follows that Kymora Johnson player. Isn’t she like a 5 star 2023 womens bball recruit in the Cville area?

Both future Hoos??

I hope so. Kymora should play for the men’s team. She shot 47% from 3 last year. Im hoping she goes to UVA. Would top off a great class for the women’s team

edit: Rutgers St Johns Seton Hall Virginia Kansas? Or replace one of those local schools (St Johns) with Syracuse?

We need to maintain a low profile as I live in the area…

I like Burton’s, too. Another place for breakfast or lunch is First Watch although I haven’t been there for several months. Mamadi was a regular there and I’d often see groups of basketball or football players.

Olivia McGhee committed to the women’s team this spring for 2023 and apparently McGhee had previously mentioned that she and Kymora hoped to go somewhere as a package. Kymora hasn’t committed but McGhee is apparently recruiting her.

What’s worse?
  • This jersey?
  • UVA’s actual jersey?

That jersey for some reason slaps but it could just be relative to our current lifeless jerseys.

I assume this is meaningless for us but we do have the longest quote :man_shrugging:
https://twitter.com/tiptonedits/status/1553092936811909120?s=21&t=3AjWeRtuzmsrq_bU2cUYqw

Virginia: “I have built a great connection with Coach (Tony) Bennett and Coach (Kyle) Getter so far. They’ve talked about the winning culture with Kyle Guy and Ty Jerome plus that academics are great.”

He looks like he’s standing on the guys side of a high school gym and has given up on asking someone to dance.

I like when we still get edits with the original V Sabre.
