I respect that Richard acknowledged he failed at Minnesota and appreciates that NM welcomed him and his family, and gave him a chance to do better. Kudos to him for honesty and gratitude.
He goes up a few notches in my book for that. More honest than some who were apologists and making excuses for his performance at Minn

It’s not like I know anything. That’s @DFresh11’s dept. If they’re smart, they’ll hire Skinn. Won’t be surprising if they take some big swings first but Skinn is the right hire for them.
