Apparently the Hokies think they have a real good shot with Jordan Scott. Basically everyone else is slow playing him. Why does no one want a top 35 kid. Weird.
Michigan State is in the middle of several of these chain reaction recruitments. Adams being one of them. Dwayne Aristode, depending on what happens with the Boozers. Then that trickles down to Jordan Scott.
I had heard before that Scott’s decision could impact Cam Ward, but that’s not the way it’s going to work. Ward is more important to MSU because of positional need.

Darius Adams got a Trilly for UConn, Indiana might have dropped a HUGE bag for Mullins + I doubt Dixon goes to UNC if Mullins (and Denis) go to UNC.
Gonna guess Acaden ends up at Duke since they probably need a 2025 pg and everywhere else seems to be full at that spot now. And Ament likely joins him there.
If Vt gets Scott (believe it when I see it) then that’s a really solid class from MY. Don’t think it will ultimately matter all that much for them with their NIL situation and retaining talent but still
Latest I saw from Trilly is Acaden trending to UK but I think that recruitment is pretty fluid. IU fans thought Mullins was a lock for months but now are less optimistic… I think UNC has a real chance

Ryder frost is a good add for ND. Reminds me a lot of Joe Harris. If we hadn’t added Kanadian Klay, he was someone I hope we would have given a look to.
It was wild seeing this kid out of nowhere pick up an acc offer from seemingly every non-top 4 acc program all like within a 5 day span

Good fit for what Shrews has done for 2 out of his 3 head coaching seasons: have your lead playmaker (Burton now, Jalen Pickett before at Penn St) take all the responsibility for shot creation and everyone else bombs away on catch-and-shoot 3s.
I think MSU has been the biggest obstacle all along, couple that with the last visit and we have to hope we’ve made a very big impression.

I didn’t pay attention to him this summer but I really liked him last summer. UVA offered him at that time, but never really pursued. He was a man among boys. Reminds me some of Josiah James in HS. Should be better than that but similar jumbo sized combo guard.
Off topic but it makes me laugh how much sports fans on the internet love using the GIF of Denzel Washington saying “Boom” in Training Day whenever they’re excited about something. Or just saying the word boom in general.
