Yep, that was mine earlier in the thread, though I’ve got a feeling Taine’s gonna surprise next year. He’ll be first guard off the bench. I do think we’ll see a lot of combo potential with Reece Armaan Taine Issac and Portal Guy 1-3. Portal Guy is gonna need to have a handle to spell Reece at 1.

I am honestly hoping for no transfers, but not in the way you might think. I hope that Igor + Taine stay and Tony is confident enough in them to do the kihei minutes by committee. That would then leave at least two backup spots available for a wing/big and a guard. So my ideal rotation would be like:
Reece 35
Igor/Taine 20 each
Armaan 28
Gardner 30
Shedrick/Caffaro
This leaves ~27 more minutes that can be variable based on the game. For example, if we wanted to go small we could run Reece + McKneely + Armaan + Igor + Shedrick. Or if we wanted to go big, swap Igor or McKneely for Traudt

This reminds me of English Soccer… sometimes a player comes in and plays a game with the Reserve or youth team and in the box scores they don’t put his real name… they only use the word “Trialist”… In the below game, the “Trialist” scored, but they can’t legally put his name because he isn’t signed. HAHA!

Seems like this could be a trey murphy type situation where he has the offensive weapons and he develops his defense here.

I like him alot already! Reminds me exactly of Trigger Trey! We need to have one of these guys on the roster every year.
He may not be as long but he’s close and may have a slightly better handle.

I had the same observation. Not as long as trey but better dribbler/slasher. He is athletic/has some bounce, just doesn’t show it in clips (shows it more in things like instagram highlights)

He’s got a good court feel and understands spacing. Can see that with his passing. Team desperately needs some more athleticism. Maybe a good fit
