Yup - just reread it. He’s missing Monmouth. DR game is Thursday night in the DR, I think so probably too hard to get back to Cville in time. Papi private jet?

Mega is 1-5 in the Adriatic league. Djurisic has missed some games but that makes me feel less good about how good they were!
Anyway, bring on tonight and Go Hoos!

I got the impression around the time we played them that Mega is well known over here because it produces so much young talent that comes over to the NBA, but that it doesn’t necessarily do great in its own league, because it focuses on younger guys, not established vets, but I could be wrong on the facts / misremembering.
(now looking at Wikipedia, and it has had a fair amount of success in the Serbian league … so 
)

Adriatic League is tougher than the Serbian League; they were 10-16 in the Adriatic League last season.

For what it’s worth, I think the UVA team and several individual players did pretty well in the secret scrimmages according to possibly reliable sources. So that’s probably more recent information if you need some reassurance heading into tonight’s game.
