Thatās a good one. I think probably less of a quick first step than Jontel and not as good on ball defensively ā¦ but still big pluses in both of those categories relative to the median guard.

I get what you are saying with a Brogdon comparison, @haney. Guys kinda just bounce off him especially once he starts getting into the spin moves and he seems to end up with more space than you think he can get at the start of the move (goes towards the running back comp that @zh00s is making).
His HS and AAU highlights are so fun, heās just making stuff happen with the ball.

Any connection between Mallory and Ament? No, right?
Iām wondering the same thing. Have a guy telling me thereās āpackage dealā potential here. All things considered, and specifically because I havenāt heard it here first, Iām not buying it.
I think @Hooandtrue brought that up as a rumor with Ament and Acaden Lewis.

I believe theyāre at the very least good friends, and would assume Mallory will be trying to sway Ament to come here. Not sure how effective thatāll be but it canāt hurt.

Also I know it was just a formality but Tillery committed to Cincinnati.
Itāll be interesting to see how he and Malloryās careers shake out, I think both have the ability to be big time players in college.

Iām sure this has been discussed and I just missed it, but if the scholarship limit goes up to 15 for 25/26 is the assumption that the plan is for Lang and Roberts to go on scholarship to fill the two additional slots?

The scholarship limit expansion is tied to the House settlement and thatās still very much an open question (ie, whether it gets approved by Judge Wikwn, and in what final form).
Maybe Tony and staff have scratched out some thoughts on a napkin, but Iād be surprised if theyāve gone further than that. (Then again, Iām a procrastinator)

Iām clearly not @HoozGotNext, but saw yesterday on his FB page (in a response to someone asking in the Mallory commitment post), that HGN said if this is the case, Lang and Roberts would be given scholarships

Somebody told me yesterday Chance is ahead of schedule in his recovery. He got hurt at the end of Mayā¦it would be close but if heās ahead heāll probably be suiting up for STAB from the start.

Funny kinda. I broke my ankle at maybe age 26 or 27. Heels sneaky fast. Its kinda better to do than really bad ankle sprain cause sprains stretch ligaments and is very hard to completely heel
