Man, the mark Baseball Prospectus left on sports was extraordinarily large for a random passion project by a group of nerds.

Yeah Basketball Prospectus was my way into sports nerd-dom, so Gasaway is an OG of college basketball wonkery for me. Drew Cannon wrote about separating offensive and defensive “positions” basketball on that site way before it was cool to talk about positionless basketball.
