Calling him Tice anyways. You will never catch me saying Calf-a-row instead of Ca-faro
Riddle me the “ay” in “¡ay de mí!”
Yeah, in playa, too. Fuck Gemini let me down…
Sticking with my general theory tho…
Can we just call him, “The Riddler”…
Earnestly, I should add: (1) great find. And (2) while neither the short e nor long i sound in American English perfectly captures that sound, for various reasons, if I were asked to spell that for an American audience, I’d go with Tice.
It’s basically the same name as Theus so just call them both Reggie. Or Hang Time
Okay, I promise, I’ll stop posting on the pronunciation of his name. [crossing fingers behind back]
Wow Haney I remember that show running for a couple of years with like 7-8 shows just constantly looping. Deep cut reference there.
We played theus’s team a year or two ago, so this was sorta fresh in my mind
Haha, understood.
Well I had to check it out on Wikipedia. I was way off. It ran for six seasons and had over 100 episodes. I am going to posit that the 100+ episodes were all similar enough that it seemed like 7-8. My story and I’m sticking to it.
I think the dancing video was a better find.
So, basically, it’s “TIEge”! Go to know!
I think @DavetheWave is probably right in saying a school spokesperson said he’s a first year because he had no previous credits but it’s also not clear either way on seasons of athletic eligibility. Just reposted Preston’s info because A he’s excellent with coverage and B because has listed that he spoke with a school spokesperson.
So, can I assume that his UVA education will involve teaching him how to say his name correctly?
And I’m not saying that I know for sure but I’m pretty sure that he will have two years.
