I actually disagree…his midrange shot was almost automatic! The biggest issue he had (and the team in general) was his ability to create on his own. But back to basket fade away midrange was automatic for him.

Thank you, lol. Joe is a legend, but Sam was extremely good for us this year and one of the main reasons we won the acc crown. A step below ACC POY/AA level, but not too far off!

Joe gets the mystique for the important role he played in transitioning the UVA program from Leito to what it is now. I used him as a reference as a joke. Never once said Hauser isn’t a very good player, literally said that in my post. But I do agree with Tu, he was overhyped. Could he shoot? Yes, but he could not create his own shot for the most part, leaving him with a skill set that we could not utilize esp, when there were 2 other shooters standing around looking for the same opportunities.

Yeah I will admit that after the showing he put on in the Orange and Blue game I was thinking Hauser was a first team All-American type player

Tbh I think with a different roster Hauser becomes an All American

If it is who I’m thinking of, Fresh, it’s not a former player, but was a manager. However, your same point would apply.

thank you Mikey.

I totally agree with that. This year’s team was not able to use Hauser to his fullest ability. Odd as it seems, I firmly believe that Jay and Sam hurt each other rather than compliment each other.

Alright now we now. Learn, and move on. Best of luck to what seems like a great kid and a solid player.

Wow. I just don’t get it.

Looks like Tony was going a different direction at the four. McCoy wasn’t likely to start so he’s going some where he can

Man oh man, next month is gonna be wild. We’ve got at least 3 staring spots on the table for transfers

I’m not surprised by any of the transfers and I doubt many of you are too. Huge opportunity to correct mistakes.
