I mean yea- it shows what he’s capable of before his lack of size/strength/stamina caught up to him late into the season as a teenager.

Been saying it for weeks. Dante Taine and Rohde should be 7,8,9 bench guys for any ACC team if they aren’t that for us next year we’re in trouble.

I think 7-9 is high. Dante isn’t a P6 player. Taine is fine but he’s low usage and gets abused defensively by better athletes. Rohde should transfer to St Thomas.

I wasn’t able to watch much of the game, looks like that’s for the best. Providence and Seton Hall got blown out at Marquette and Creighton this week and didn’t get dinged at all by bracketologists, but we get blown out at Duke and slide down? Why?

Not what I meant. Good, bad, or indifferent career-wise it is hard to come into this league and excel as an 17/18 year old down low.

You’re right, he’s shown zero offensive skills, pretty much nothing to speak outside of 2 feet. I would hope the guy makes an occasional basket considering he’s in school to be a basketball player. What you are describing is a miraculous event, not evidence that he has any real offensive game. I hope he develops and works on it. I think we can agree on that.
I feel like we have very little talent coming back next year. iMac, maybe Blake, maybe Eli? Yikes…. Well, at least we’ll always have 2019. If we can sneak into the NCAAT and win one game, then I’ll consider this year successful. Next year we’re toast.
