Tony has said a few times that we want you to stay but we will not beg you. Lots of room to interpret that but says to me that Tony and staff will not be trying to mollify the emotions of a homesick teenager.
Plus what else are we supposed to be doing on a Monday… our jobs? GFOH

Personally, while I think the redshirt wasn’t the only factor-I don’t see how we can explain that redshirting wasn’t a huge factor of ‘feeling homesick’. He was on the outside looking in for an entire year. That would make me feel homesick.
The game has changed, I certainly hope that we are ready to adapt and change with it. It takes a very unique person to redshirt. It’s not gonna happen for a top 75 recruit. Time to give these young guys PT

Yep. Also if Traudt played, got some recognition as Dunn has about his NBA potential then he likely would be staying in the system that would realize his potential. His girlfriend could have *wisely said-" go ahead and secure that bag boo! I can transfer there or we can do the long distance thing for a couple more years".

Pretty sure I remember seeing something early in the season indicating that RS was Traudt’s decision. Saw the physicality of the college game and decided RS was best
