Would love to see the Hoos play in Lexington
Now that the computer rankings have decided by Christmas every year that 75% of the Big 10 & SEC needs to be in the tournament, and the ACC is a mid-major, the days of an easy or light OOC probably need to no longer exist.

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to think that Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Florida would all be Q1 games next season on a neutral court. Wisconsin brings back everyone. West Virginia will have a lot of transfers but everyone’s experienced in the college game. Florida is maybe furthest away from being a Q1 team but they’re another likely aggressive portal team, and Torvik’s projection system likes them for some reason.
Then say tournament and save the 2nd post about explaining yet another abbreviation

I’d be just fine with never playing Wisconsin again under the current setup of both programs unless we had both earned our way to the Final 4 or title game.

I like playing Wisconsin because it sets basketball back years - maybe if we play them enough it will be like Superman reversing the rotation of Earth and traveling back in time to when there was no NIL and players put up with redshirting because they had no option of transfer. Now those were the good old days.
