We foul more than anyone in the league. We earned our rep. 90% of our fouls are legit and low IQ.

ACC refs are hilariously inept. I sincerely think they call UVA games like this bc Odom is a young hot new coach and for some reason that hurts their ego. Referees across the board have such an inflated sense of ego and self importance.

Is there any team in the ACC that gets called for as many fouls as we do? Seems like every game the other team is in the bonus by the 12:00 mark and double bonus by the 8:00.

I swear the ACC has decided to punish us this season because of the criticism that Tony’s teams fouled a ton but never got called. Every tiny reach in or bump is called and it’s not called on the other end

That’s not what I’m saying. It’s the inconsistency.
The issue is we do commit a few really dumb fouls a game. But a lot of those dumb fouls are almost different in kind from what gets called
