Man if Iām Ron literally the only thing I coach for the rest of the game is rohde needs to make 2 3s or quit the game. You canāt let an air ball chant result in this kind of play.

A super hot shooting start masked how overmatched weāve looked for the entirety of this game. They are leagues above us in terms of size, athleticism, ball movement, and defense.

I think Bliss would help us. He is a smooth / calm PG that we are used to having.
I like Dai Dai but he is very loose with the ball and Rohde canāt get by anyone but still tries to do so - creating trouble.
We look like a mediocre mid major in the Atlantic Sun conference. The lack of athletes is shocking. I hope Gertrude comes back just as explosive as he was.

To be fair basically everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong.
- CTB retires
- Warley transfers
- Bliss injuries
- Gertrude gets hurt
- Power complete bust
- Buchanan no 2nd year jump
- McKneely no 3rd year jump
- Mallory decommits
- Etc Etc
The two year plan required a few things to go right and the only things that did were Rohde improving to decent levels, Dai Dai being a good portal find, and Cofie looking ahead of schedule. But none of those are hugely meaningful in this window.

Theyāre killing Cofieās confidence. I can see it in real time. Heās hesitating and thinking before every shot now. Heās a stud. Let him fucking ball. Heās a guy who can get hot and carry us inside, outside and defensively. Let him play.

It wouldnāt cost much to move onā¦ which is very different than football. Iām hoping we didnāt move on for football bc they prioritized basketball.
