Can we not?
These games are actually more fun / less stress. Usually I’d get nervous (I mean, kinda, not really) about like a Duke or UNC game. But this year, I’m more stressed about the games like last night: the ones where we have a decent chance to win.
Winning at Louisville would be gravy and would really help us secure that coveted berth in the ACC tourney.
Yeah. That’s the one consolation, there’s no pressure for fans now. I usually watch every minute intently, constantly keeping track of lineups, groan with every miscue. Now I just watch like a normal person. Forgot how enjoyable that is. Would have felt good to win last night but when they didn’t…it was just oh well.
Yeah it was kinda nice to have a chance against a good team and relive Furman all over again.
When I was watching on replay and Miller hit the final 3, I just closed the laptop and said “ah well nevertheless.” My wife looked at me like I was crazy. Then I just went on living my life.
I guess I’m still a bit more invested comparatively to a lot of others. I was fired up during the comeback and excited to snap the losing streak. And I was mad/disappointed when Boopie hit the shot. Kinda ruined my night in what had already been a shitty day for me personally.
Respect. I’m still invested and get excited, but the let downs aren’t as down.
It was also better before Stanford and Cal. Those kind of broke me.
Wonder what we got for the Yum center when we sold it? I’m not even sure who we sold it to.
Gonna be weird playing in our old house.
Good thing is we just got through the easy part of the Acc schedule
Rohde McKneely Saunders Buchanan Cofie (at the 5)
Dai Dai Sharma and Robinson (spot minutes).
I think they found something with Buchanan being the 4 and Cofie being the 5 when they are in together. Saunders can be a catch and shoot 3 threat and post up his smaller defenders at the 3.
Buchanan chasing around Hadley or Waterman then? They had a guard do it last time and put Saunders on a wing, if I recall correctly. Louisville can go really small with Hadley or Rooths as the de facto 5.
YUM! is JPJ West, we got this!
[checks our season record]
Um, I’m getting an update…
Louisville has moved Waterman to the bench and is now starting Reyne. Would be a tough one for Blake to start at the 4…
Have to play Blake after that game. We need all the motivation we can get!

Woof thats awful
