CTE in his post-game interview was spot on: The team made a lot of mistakes, left a lot of plays on the field. Especially Morris, who was not very accurate today. But he was a warrior on his last play when they needed him, and the team found a way to win. Also, props to the banged-up, slapped-together OL. It wasn’t pretty, but considering the circumstances, they hung tough.

As said above, bye week couldn’t come at a better time. We’re battered and banged up right now, need to get healthier at multiple positions including QB, but man you take 5-1 with those injuries all fuckin day.
Should be in the top 20 come Monday. Hell of a feeling.

Been on a cruise the last 10 days. Can truthfully say I had no expectations for OT success in either of them. That’s why they actually play the game. Louisville had all the offensive and defensive momentum going in, but we gutted it out. Hope Morris is okay. At least he, and several others, have extra time to get well.

Louisville fans are bitching about the catch being overturned.
Not just me right, he never had firm possession and one of the angles showed the ball clearly rolling on the turf as he flipped over. Was a pretty easy call.
Just sour grapes on their part I guess.

Louisville fans are up there for the whiniest MFers ever. Like that in basketball, too. NC state territory. Went to see JMU play there a few years back and it was insufferable.
