I canā€™t see any circumstance where Power sticks around. Heā€™s for sure taking a paycut. Weā€™re probably not going to offer him the most. Heā€™s got some pride and an ego Iā€™m sure. Everyone does.

Would he rather make less here or at a place where the coach actually recruited him?

I donā€™t really see why we care if Power sticks around at this point. He canā€™t score and he canā€™t play defense. Prove me wrong.

Not sure if itā€™ll be this game, but I think this team will start winning soon against a weak ACC. Weā€™ve lost to legit top 20 teams and the ACC maybe has 2 of those? Kind of tallest midget but I donā€™t see why we canā€™t be top 6 or so and peak at the ACC tourney

You may be right but, at this point we will be playing for respectability in the ACC. Respectability in the country is probably out of the question now, so, to me, even though I will be happy to see us have success in the ACC, it wonā€™t bring the same joy.

Yeah think itā€™s a function of good teams covering the spread against us every time this season. But Iā€™m not sure SMU is good enough to match that trend.
