Key will be what does the offhand injury do to his shot? Some players rely more on the offhand than others. Hope he can adapt. We need his 3 ball off the bench and his defensive energy on the perimeter.

Feeling OK. Think it will be tight because itâs a road conference game and a rivalry game, and we are a little less explosive offensively without Jacari. But TDR is a big problem for their Hansberry-at-the-5 lineups, and Dorn and Gurdak are fine but we should be happy if our lineups force them into more action.

100% agree. It is disappointing. I am just saying that, if we are the deep team we think we are, then we will find a way. Weâll see. Seth Trimble is UNCâs best guard, and they got it done. Petterson is possibly the #1 overall pick in the draft, but Kansas has done pretty well.
Itâs going to be difficult. I think we got hosed with our schedule anyway; itâs pretty ridiculous, but one game at a time.

We do have a very manageable stretch after the initial gauntlet where we should be able to string together a run of wins. But beat 2/3 of State, SMU, and VT on the road and we will be in excellent shape.

The line opened at UVA -4.5. I watched this Hokie podcastâŚdonât ask; I was bored and it popped on my YouTube feed. Two notable points:
- Ryan Odom would be coaching at Tech if they hadnât snubbed him for Mike Young.
- Jacari White was going to commit to Tech but took the money at UVA instead (the latter part is true).
Students are gone, of course, but the barn is sold out. They think we are too much for them. Road rivalry game though, so you never know what will happen.

I actually agree with this but at the time I donât think Tech nor UVa wouldâve hired him. He needed that added VCU resume addition.
Iâm pretty sure there was a lot of smoke here as well⌠so not entirely sure they are saying anything wrong here either.
Not sure why they would schedule this game at either place with the students out of town⌠seem like the game you want BC to come into town for.
Alway something to think about. Stupid rivalry bump.

The conference with its usual collective stupidity. I donât think that the schools get to decide that, has to be a conference decision. And you know they pay close attention to the timing of the UNC-Dook games, but canât be bothered beyond that.
