Down two scores, you kick a FG on 4th and 2 from inside the 30 so you can still be down two scores.
That’s just not winning football, especially with how our offense has looked so far.

But why not let the play clock run down before calling the timeout?
I hope somebody asks TE why he called timeout before that 4th down kick in the postgame presser. Because I still am trying to wrap my head around the reasoning behind all of that.

That sack by Kam Robinson was 
. Shed a double team to get Plummer. A half dozen more guys like him and Sanker and our defense could be top 5 in the ACC.

We’re down 14 and we’re making decisions like we’re up 14. Frustrating to watch.
The team is battling. But we’re being killed by penalties, turnovers and incomprehensible coaching strategy.

- One more year, but only because of buyout
- Deserves a final year to “prove it”

I’m willing to give him another year, and it’s kinda a combo of both reasons. Let’s see if some of these close losses and uneven performances can turn into W’s next year, and also if we do need to move on from him a lessened buyout widens the net we can cast for our next coach.

We are just allergic to scoring today apparently.
Two weeks in a row a DB has stolen the ball from one of our receivers (Fields last week, Washington this week).
We can’t get out of our own way.
I cannot believe I’m burning a day of vacation and a chunk of money to fly up and watch this team next week…

If we could just stop self-destructing by the end of the season, it would be a giant step forward.
All these penalties man. So frustrating.
Again I’ll take this team lining up, playing smart football and getting beat on talent vs. talent. What I can’t take is mental mistakes and beating ourselves.
