🏀 Virginia vs Campbell, W, 65-56, 1-0 (0-0 ACC), Wednesday, 6 November 2024, 1900, ACCNX

Not in its current state, no. However, with this young of a core, I could definetly see some in-season development allowing for some better fights against the top of the conference.

How about the Pitt and Clemson. Our D is very bad at the moment.

Will say that them shooting this well from 3 is an anomaly, but also we’ve been late as hell on rotations and are giving up a lot of wide open looks. So not really helping ourselves either.

The fact that Coffie dunked that makes me way too happy.

I mean they’re pretty wide open from three. They are hitting their shots, but they’re also quality looks.

Genuinely a very good sign to see us not score for three minutes but just get right back on it.

On offense we are looking pretty gassed - not moving deliberately the past few possessions. Using 5 out as an excuse.

I will definitely say that iMac running the offense is not ideal, even if he can hit basically anything. I wish he’d stop testing that, though.

Imac had to attempt 13 a game at least for this team to be effective right?

So many second chances. Guys gotta grab boards.

Granted, one benefit of that is allowing for “lazier” scoring opportunities before a break to hopefully refresh the energy a bit going into the next couple possessions.

Yes to first part, no to second - I want him taking more shots. Full green light for the man.

Yeah, they’re actually slightly outrebounding us at this point. And we have more TOs as well. Good thing we’re outshooting them.

Oh, sure. But I’d like him to take fewer of those wild, high arc off the backboard 2s.

Another phantom foul call for good measure.

Roger has definetly gotten his whistled warmed up more for this second half compared to the first.

Wanna see Dai Dai take it up when he gets in the lane man

I like DD getting down hill but the distribution needs work

Dai has been thoroughly unimpressive, but he hasn’t exhibited the sloppiness of a Harris.

Shooting on both sides is coming back to earth this half.

I like the activity on O, but I don’t feel we’re far enough along to say the O looks any good as opposed to we were just hitting everything in the first half.
