Much better 2nd half of that first half. On pace to cover the Kenpom -24 line.
I really like Dai Dai long term given this is what he is showing in his first chance to get really comfortable on a new team with players with little familiarity with each other.
But Im a fool to think about long term in this day and age. Still think this pays dividends to him getting comfortable cause we will need him vs Villanova.
Really need more physicality. Hate that Saunders does the baseline turnaround jumper instead of bullying his man a little more right to the rim

Way to close the half! We can b*tch and gripe every game or we can embrace this team will take bumps along the road! If power hits one of thlose threes and we finish a lay up or two itâs really a blow out. You can see the defensive breakdowns but Iâd rather have them now then in March!!

I just donât understand the offensive game plan. Thereâs minimal cutting, and even when we do cut itâs not with a purpose. Weâve barely gotten the ball inside to Saunders. Thereâs zero urgency getting the ball up the floor or on the offensive glass. Weâre ahead by this much solely because weâre hitting outside shots.

Holy cow power is awful on the defensive side. I think at least 8 of copin states 16 were due to poor defense from him.
Our highest paid nil player should probably be our 9th player.

Where he would help is length and athleticism on the perimeter (defense), but probably wouldnât bring anything offensively that Dunn didnât other than ballhandling.
If Bliss plays, he can solve some of that with a shot (that Warley doesnât have) and some size.
