When our bigs at the 4 and 5 are able to dominate defensively on the inside and NOT allow the guards to drive and score then that gets in their heads offensively.
As a result our guards defensively are able to step up a bit more on the perimeter and take away the threes…this allows us to grow our confidence offensively as we KNOW we can get stops on the defensive end so there is less pressure offensively.

The good news is the refs will even out the fouls starting around the 12 min mark.
