I hate the way I feel when I watch them play this year. Not just because it is poor play, but I just want to get to the next chapter and want to be sure our administration is forced into making that next chapter choice. Ugh please March get here quick.

I donā€™t understand our ball screen coverage. Weā€™re hard hedging, but instead of fighting through the screen, the guard is sagging 10 feet off, I guess to take away the immediate pass on the short roll? The problem is that while the big recovers back to the paint, the ball handler is wide open for at least a full second. I donā€™t get itā€¦

Well, jumping and letting them just dribble and side step is not the solution either. Just get there more aggressively and force a drive. But I donā€™t even think weā€™ve been late on most of them, with 1 or 2 exceptions.

Yeah their guards are also doing a great job at extending the dribble all the way to near half court to really exploit that mismatch with the big in the guard. Weā€™ve been going back and forth between hedging and not
