Inside an ESPN production meeting:
āWhat do we do on WatchESPN if there is a delayā
āHow bout we play a message with some background musicā
āGreat that will cost nothing to set up, how long of a music clip?ā
āI think 8 seconds would be long enough, we just loop itā
Idk but regardless Henry Ford is going yard.
ETA on game restarting?
Baby Beamer and USCe in 16-16 deadlock with ODU in Columbia going into the 4th quarter. Iām just fine with the Hoosā performance so far.

But seriously, the inner concourse area. It becomes packed with no where to sit. There is very little info shared on when play will resume. Very loud and butts to nuts. It isnāt comfortable.
The rain delay issue i absolve UVa from no stadium handles it well and thereās little they can do.
During the JMU game last year, Terry Gates drank bourbon with a friend and me in my friendās car. Should have continued to drink the bourbon rather than going back in.
The ESPN weather delay graphic is gone and the broadcast has returned.
