The fouls are an issue and weâre probably gonna struggle a bit with ball screens, which is part of the reason why weâre running drop coverage in the first place. Having the big drop helps to prevent the straight line drive and force them into pull ups, which is exactly whatâs been happening.
Itâs not ideal and eventually youâd like to see us switch the screen better or just cut it off entirely, but itâs what we have to do right now until our defense gets up to speed. I donât think itâs great but itâs not as bad as some are making it out to be.
